Jaimie is a third-year student majoring in Computer Engineering and obtaining her Certificate in Business, through the Smith School of Business. She is very excited to be tackling the role of Co-Director, helping to shape and drive strategy for FreshSight. This year, Ethan and Jaimie have put a big focus on developing their consultants by hosting four consulting development sessions (on advanced Excel functions, finance, etc.), providing over 350 new practice cases, and by working with the teams throughout the year to ensure they have all the resources they need to best approach any situation. Jaimie spent this past summer interning with Coactuate, a strategic design consultancy in Toronto, and is hoping to bring forward both the skill set and mindset she developed there. In her spare time, Jaimie likes baking, quoting Game of Thrones, and fawning over her dog.
Ethan is going into his fourth year of Commerce. He believes his greatest assets are his desires to always learn, always help others, and always attack challenges with enthusiastic and optimistic perseverance. Together with Jaimie, they are ready to tackle the challenge of delivering outstanding value for clients by building a robust team of consultants through development sessions, networks, and training resources. They believe the key to this challenge is through the strong foundation of leadership and diversity within FreshSight’s members. During the past summer, Ethan worked at RBC where he honed his problem-solving, project management and team skills. Outside of FreshSight and RBC, Ethan enjoys reading and skiing.
Ryan is in his 4th and final year at Queen’s in the Commerce program. He has previously served as Co-Director of FSQ and now acts as a Senior Advisor to the team. This past summer, Ryan completed an internship in Management Consulting at KPMG in Toronto. In his role, he developed a health care growth strategy for a large Pharmaceutical company and performed data analytics for a global Asset Management firm. Ryan also has prior experience working in institutional Private Equity in British Columbia. He looks forward to giving insight and strategic direction to the team this coming year.
Hussein is entering his fifth and final year of studies at Queen’s, and will complete degrees in Commerce and Economics, with additional coursework in math, psychology, and philosophy. Hussein has previously completed consulting internships with a marketing strategy consulting firm (Level5 Strategy, August 2016), a consumer behaviour firm (BEworks, Summer 2017), and Ernst & Young (EY, Summer 2018) in their financial services advisory practice as a strategy consultant, primarily for wealth management firms. Previously having served as a Senior Consultant for Freshsight, Hussein will be taking on the role of Chief Behavioural Officer, helping develop the team’s ability to implement consumer behaviour insights to their client’s challenges.
Michael is a fourth-year electrical engineering candidate and is ecstatic to be taking on the role of senior consultant in his second year at FreshSight. Michael is excited to be working with a team of exceptional peers to create innovative and unique solutions for clients. He looks to bring together his technical background with business and production experience to break down traditional barriers in the problem-solving process. Outside of FreshSight, Michael spends time working with the Engineering Society and in the role of lighting designer for the Dan School of Drama and Music.
Sydney is entering his 4th year of Commerce at Queen’s, and is excited to be a part of FreshSight for the second time as a senior consultant. In the summer of 2018, Sydney was an intern at Deloitte within the audit practice. During previous summers, he worked for the Ontario Securities Commission and Empire Life Insurance. In his spare time, Sydney enjoys reading biographies and watching the Raps game.
Viviana is entering her final year of studies at Queen’s University. This is Viviana’s second year at FreshSight, and she is excited to help lead the team this year as a Senior Consultant. This past summer, Viviana interned at the United Nations under the Department of Field Support in New York City. She has previously completed an internship with L’Oréal where she served as a market analyst in the internal strategy and business intelligence team. In her spare time, Viviana enjoys travelling, reading non-fictions and hunting for new models to add to her LEGO collection.
Rohan is entering his fourth year at Queen’s Commerce and will be taking on the role of senior consultant. He looks forward to bringing his extensive consulting and case competition experience to his second year at Freshsight, having completed summer internships in Ernst & Young’s consulting service line and in a strategic planning role at a not-for-profit organization. Rohan has also co-chaired the DECA Queen’s case competition and has acted as a consultant for Queen’s Business Consulting. In his spare time, Rohan loves reading, playing racket sports, and travelling to countries beyond the 30+ he has already visited!
Isabelle was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts and raised in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. She is currently in her third year of Computer Engineering and this is her second year as a member of FreshSight. She is excited to test her problem-solving skills and lead her team as a senior consultant. Isabelle is also an executive on the Commerce and Engineering Environmental Conference. She has a passion for the environment, and hopes to use consulting to decrease the environmental footprint of large corporations.

Roi is a sophomore student pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at Queen’s University. As Director of Finance, He looks forward to implementing financial analysis and quantitative reasoning into each of the consulting projects. Roi is also excited to incorporate an educational aspect into the club meetings, to enhance the financial understanding of the team, and instill analytical decision making. Having worked in risk management and equity trading, Roi will bring critical thinking and a long-term mindset to the team. In his free time, Roi enjoys playing hockey, drawing, and spending time with friends.
Eric is a third-year student at the Smith School of Business and currently serves as a Consultant and the Director of Client Acquisition. This past summer, he interned at a boutique consulting firm and gained valuable experience. In conjunction with the consulting firm, he also spent time working with a marketing/advertising agency. Upon graduation, he hopes to acquire a full-time position as a management consultant. Personally, he is an avid sports fan, TV fanatic, and enjoys playing basketball in his spare time. He’s excited to start his first year at FreshSight Queen’s.
Janet Song is a fourth year Commerce student who is in the role of client acquisition. In this role, she aims to find intriguing projects with change-making non-profits and social enterprises. She has a big heart, always looking to create social impact in her community. This past summer, she worked at Public Inc, a marketing agency that works with companies to drive social impact with the end goal for them to profit with the triple bottom line in mind – people, planet, profit. She is interested in systems-change and is especially passionate about Ontario’s healthcare and working towards joining part of its change to be more sustainable for Canada’s aging population.
Sean is a third year Commerce student at Queen’s University, currently serving as a Director of Operations for FreshSight. Alongside FSQ, he is also a Portfolio Manager at Trillium Capital, a student-run investment club. This past summer, he completed an internship with J.P. Morgan Asset Management where he worked with institutional clients to help them achieve their investment objectives. He looks forward to bringing his critical thinking skills, analytical experience, and passion for non-profit organizations to train the next generation of FreshSight consultants.
Christine is in her fourth year of the Queen’s Commerce program and is returning to FreshSight for the fourth time. Taking on the role of Operations Director, she is excited to lead professional development sessions for the consultants. This past summer, Christine worked in corporate strategy at Desjardins and is looking forward to sharing her strategic mindset with the team. Prior to that, she completed an exchange semester at Grenoble École de Management and enjoyed travelling around Europe. When she’s not busy working, you can catch her skiing, drawing, or hanging out at a rooftop patio.
Nicole is entering into her second year at the Smith School of Business and is thrilled to fill the position of Marketing Director on FreshSight. This past summer, Nicole has worked at Timbercreek Asset Management where she assists the business development team in acquiring investors for the real asset funds managed by the firm. She hopes to bring forward the communication and analytical skills she has developed through this experience towards developing successful marketing strategies for FreshSight. In the upcoming role, she is excited to help produce the promotional activity for FreshSight in order to raise awareness and increase engagement for the team. Outside of FreshSight, Nicole enjoys getting involved around campus, learning about new cultures, and meeting new people!
Graham is currently in his third year of Geological Engineering at Queen’s University. He is extremely excited to fulfill the role of Engineering Liaison and Consultant for FSQ this year. Graham spent his summer of 2018 as a Tunnel Engineering intern at Hatch Ltd., where he worked on a variety of aspects of large infrastructure projects including technical calculations, construction management and engineering consulting. His hobbies include collecting vinyl records, hitting the gym and looking at cool rocks. Graham looks forward to bringing valuable technical and soft skills to the FreshSight team as well as learning as much as he can from his exceptional teammates and directors.
Jordan is entering his 3rd year of the Queen’s Engineering program and his first year as a FreshSight consultant and engineering liaison. Jordan is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics with a minor in mechanical engineering. With summer experience at Isaac Operations and most recently at BMO in their risk management division, Jordan looks forward to using his analytical skills and focus of operational efficiency to drive results for FreshSight clients. Outside of the classroom and office, Jordan can be found playing hockey, water-skiing, and cooking (often unsuccessfully).
Ehtisham is entering his third year at the Smith School of Business and currently serves as a consultant within FreshSight Queen’s. Having been on FreshSight for three years, he hopes to put his experience and analytical skills to use towards helping FSQ clients and developing innovative solutions. He is excited to work with non-profit organizations and enjoys volunteering, playing sports, and listening to music in his free time.
Richard is in his 4th year of studies at the Queen’s University. He is looking forward to returning to FreshSight this year as a consultant. This past summer, Richard was a sales analyst intern at PlayStation. Prior to that, he spent a semester on exchange in Paris and travelled to 13 countries around Europe and beyond! In his spare time, Richard enjoys playing video games, reading, and working out.
Ceci is in her second year of the Queen’s Commerce program, joining FreshSight Queen’s as a consultant. Last summer, Ceci worked at BC Assessment working on annual projects related to real estate valuation in British Columbia. In addition to FSQ, Ceci is an analyst on Limestone Capital, a student-run investment club that conducts stock pitches, industry analysis, and financial modelling to invest in value-focused US and Canadian small to medium capitalization equities.
In her spare time, she is a film fanatic and enjoys lifeguarding, playing ultimate frisbee, and playing soccer. Ceci is passionate about volunteering and has actively worked with Create Change, a charity that supports secondary education for teenage girls in Tamale, Ghana.
Tim is a first-year Queen’s Engineering student and currently a Consultant at FreshSight. Over the past summer, Tim worked as a developer creating game-based applications for various companies as both a freelancer and employee. He is excited to be immersed in consulting under the mentorship of his Senior Consultant and explore this new perspective of the business world. Outside of school, Tim enjoys playing soccer and basketball.
Marie-Claire is currently in her third year at Smith and is extremely excited to take on the role of Consultant for FreshSight this year. Last summer, she interned with Coca-Cola where she had the opportunity to manage an incredibly diverse portfolio of clients, many of whom she keeps in touch with today. In her spare time, you can likely find Marie-Claire playing soccer, brushing up on her French for exchange, or raving about the series This Is Us to anyone willing to listen.
Claire is in her second year of the Commerce Program. This past summer, Claire worked at Deloitte as a Consulting Analyst. As a first-time FreshSight Consultant, Claire is eager to help clients uncover the possibilities they have to tackle big challenges head on, and bring value to the heart of their organization.
Levi is in his third year of Applied Mathematics and Computer Engineering and excited to be in the role as a Consultant for FreshSight this year. He has experience at Defence Construction Canada where he served as a Project Coordinator and oversaw the operations and finances of various construction projects on the Department of National Defence Military base in Kingston. This past summer he worked as a Computer Security Analyst for TD Bank Financial Group. Various roles included performing endpoint analytics to monitor and detect potential malicious behaviour, advising on various cyber security incidents, and running daily briefing on shared security intelligence with many external stakeholders including Hewlett-Packard and The Herjavec Group. He is ready to combine his technical computer proficiency along with his analytical math skills for some challenging cases for FreshSight. Levi enjoys a good game of squash, playing the piano, and a classic album. Excited for the year to come.
Rachel is going into her third year of Engineering Chemistry and is excited for her first year as a consultant for FreshSight. This past summer, she worked as a Research Assistant at Queen’s University, performing tasks such as collecting and analyzing data for polymer research. She is looking forward to bringing her problem solving and critical thinking skills to the FreshSight team. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys playing sports, reading, and cooking.
Seby is entering his second year at Queen’s Commerce and is extremely excited to be taking on the role of a Consultant at FreshSight. This past summer Seby worked as the Supervisor of Day Camps for the YMCAs of Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo. He hopes to help clients discover innovative solutions and is eager to apply his problem solving and critical thinking skills to real-world problems. In his spare time, Seby enjoys travelling and exploring the great outdoors.
Ethan is in his second year of the Commerce program at Queen’s and looks forward to giving clients practical and innovative ideas. This past summer, Ethan worked in Corporate Services at CIBC and he will be bringing the knowledge and skills he gained onto the FreshSight team. Despite what the Cleveland team did last year, Ethan is a die-hard fan of the Toronto Raptors.
Niki is in his fourth year of the Commerce program at Queen’s. As a consultant, he hopes to help his clients by implementing creative solutions and teaching them how to develop and implement strategies on their own. Niki’s passion for helping people stems from his work experiences at YMCA Camp Kitchikewana, where he was dedicated to the growth of all the campers he interacted with. In his free time, Niki loves experimenting with music. He plays guitar, piano, and DJs at one of the local Kingston nightclubs.
Stella is entering her second year as a Commerce student at Queen’s. She is very excited to fulfill the position of a Consultant on the FreshSight team and is eager to bring her previous experience working with non-profits as well as her drive to learn to the FSQ team. This past summer, she worked as an Assistant Supervisor at Phoenix Gymnastics and she hopes to bring forth the critical thinking and organizational skills she learned on the job. In her free time, Stella enjoys skiing, reading, and travelling.
